Voip For Business - Combining Voice, Data and Business Applications

Company

About Us

VoIP for Business is a division of Integrated Communications, Inc and a partner with Thinking Phone Networks. We specialize in helping businesses combine voice with business applications to improve efficiencies and increase productivity and sales.

Since communications has expanded from primarily voice to include eMail, Web, IM, and Mobile phones, businesses have been forced to manage multiple independent systems to remain competitive and responsive to their customers. Along with the proliferation of communications, customer management applications have grown from standalone contact management to centralized CRM, Support, and Content management. These systems are rarely integrated with the underlying communications technologies. This lack of integration leads to massive inefficiencies as data must be manually located, processed, and re-entered time and time again. The result of this segmented approach is that it is nearly impossible for business managers to get a complete view of what is happening with their customers, and the efficiency of their employees.

We have many clients using our VoIP-for-Business platform through Thinking Phones. They have a management team experienced with enterprise software development and managing highly complex, globally-distributed computing environments.
